Sneakers are very nice except the sizing is off. Normally wear a men’s 10 but had to send back and re-order size 8 1/2. It’s like pulling teeth to get responses from Customer Service unfortunately. It takes at least three emails to get a response and be prepared to wait a week to 10 days to get a reply to any inquiry. I’m still waiting for an update on my size exchange status
